Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Forecasting Lead to deliver end-to-end US demand and revenue forecasts for the Team One portfolio. You will provide analytics and executive-ready presentations to AbbVie leadership, partnering closely with Finance, Price Forecasting, APEX, and Brand leadership teams.

Your work will explain brand outlooks, enable optimal decision-making, and provide precise financial guidance. Reports to the Senior Forecasting Manager, Team One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting, finance, and/or forecasting + analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business partnering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Use large data sets, historical perspectives, and business partner insights to develop forecasts.
• Align with business partners and finance leaders on forecast assumptions.
• Partner with Price Forecasting to ensure GTN alignment.
• Load forecasts into required financial systems (CDLF, BPC, TM1, ADS, etc.).
• Integrate Actuals data into forecast models and ensure data integrity.
• Complete key financial close schedules used by multiple stakeholders.
• Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for consideration in forecasts.
• Lead or participate in ad hoc analyses and drive tasks to closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consensus while adjusting priorities.
• Embrace continuous improvement through learning and process enhancements.
