Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Forecasting Lead for the US Demand and Revenue planning, focusing on the Team One portfolio.

You will deliver end-to-end forecasts and analytics for AbbVie leadership, partnering with Finance, Price Forecasting, APEX, and Brand teams. You will explain brand evolution to executives, support decisions with precise financial guidance, and lead cross-functional analyses while reporting to the Senior Forecasting Manager, Team One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting, finance, forecasting and analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts using large data sets, historical perspectives, and partner insights.
• Align forecast assumptions with finance and business leaders.
• Collaborate with Price Forecasting to align on GTN assumptions.
• Load forecasts into financial systems (CDLF, BPC, TM1, ADS) to support consolidation.
• Incorporate Actuals into forecast models and ensure data integrity.
• Support key financial close schedules and communicate trends and risks.
