Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced Natural Gas Trader to manage a high-value commodities portfolio focused on US natural gas. The role involves identifying market opportunities, constructing trading and hedging strategies, and delivering consistent results in a dynamic global market.

You will execute futures, swaps, and options, collaborate with market researchers, and maintain strict adherence to risk controls. Travel and off-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or military equivalent.
7+ years of relevant experience in natural gas or related commodity trading.
Willing to travel; able to work off hours during emergencies.
US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute trading and hedging strategies in gas-related markets.
Generate trading profits within approved risk parameters.
Execute transactions using commodity derivatives (futures, swaps, options).
Identify arbitrage opportunities and market dislocations across regions and time structures.
Support research on market views, pricing forecasts, and senior-management trading recommendations.
Maintain compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
