Job summary

Dow in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Natural Gas Trader to manage a large US portfolio, focusing on gas, NGLs and related markets. You will develop and execute trading and hedging strategies, generate profits, and manage risk within approved parameters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics) or relevant military experience; 7+ years of experience.
Experience in trading natural gas, NGLs, crude oil or related commodities.
Ability to travel as required and work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute trading and hedging strategies in gas related markets.
Generate consistent trading profit within approved risk parameters.
Execute transactions using futures, swaps, options, and other derivatives.
Identify arbitrage opportunities across regions and products.
Build relationships with market participants and support senior management with market views.
