Page Executive is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead the people agenda for a growing US manufacturing operation within a globally established industrial technology organization. The role blends strategic business partnering with operational excellence and requires building strong relationships with US leadership and international stakeholders.

Reporting to senior regional and global leadership, this role directs HR activities across talent acquisition, performance management, succession

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for strategic & global HR leadership.
• 10+ years leading HR in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal HRBP to US leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop HR and Administration function with a service-oriented team.
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; manage employee relations and risk.
• Drive performance management and workforce capability initiatives for hourly and salaried staff.
• Partner with international stakeholders to align US HR with global objectives.
• Support leadership in building a positive culture focused on safety, productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
