Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a senior delivery leader to own end-to-end program performance, including P&L, revenue forecasting, cost management, and invoicing. You will serve as the primary executive contact for VA leadership and oversee subcontractor performance.

You will drive risk assessments, governance forums, and customer satisfaction; identify opportunities for account growth; collaborate on proposals and lead a 12–24 month growth plan with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program performance including P&L, revenue forecasting, cost management, and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for VA leadership and manage subcontractor performance.
• Lead risk assessments, governance forums, and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion and new task orders.
• Build a 12-24 month account growth strategy and pipeline, reviewing progress with leadership.
• Recruit and onboard personnel for core and Agile delivery teams, ensuring contractual skill requirements.
• Promote employee engagement through one-on-ones, team discussions, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with training, background investigations, and access credentials.
• Serve as a coach for Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps delivery approaches.
• Support adoption of AI-assisted development tools and share success stories.
• Contribute to thought leadership through industry events and enterprise process improvement initiatives.
