Job summary

TVH in the United States seeks a Senior Principal / SME in US Customs & International Trade Compliance to anchor our Americas region. You will translate complex regulations into actionable requirements and guide cross-functional teams to safeguard operations while optimizing the supply chain.

You will report to the US Compliance Manager and collaborate with corporate leadership in Belgium, serving as the regional authority on HTSUS classification, customs valuation, PGA requirements, and C-TPAT

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience in US customs regulations and international trade compliance within a complex global supply chain.
• Authoritative knowledge of HTSUS classification, customs valuation, and PGA requirements.
• Experience translating regulatory updates into actionable compliance requirements and advising senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor evolving US and international trade laws and perform impact analyses.
• Translate regulatory updates into clear compliance requirements for TVH's product portfolio.
• Advise Americas leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategy with regulatory obligations.
