Job summary

TVH in Olathe, KS is seeking a US Customs & International Trade Compliance Expert to anchor our regulatory capabilities in the Americas as a Senior Principal SME. This IC role combines deep regulatory authority with strategic foresight to safeguard operations and optimize the global supply chain.

You will provide proactive horizon scanning, translate regulatory updates into actionable requirements, and advise Americas leadership on compliance strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in US customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Possession of US Customs Broker License (LCB) or CUSECO preferred.
• Authoritative knowledge of HTSUS classification, customs valuation, free trade agreements, PGA requirements, and C-TPAT program management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and analyze evolving US and international trade laws.
• Translate regulations into actionable compliance requirements for TVH’s product portfolio.
• Advise Americas leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory strategy.
