Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking a US Customs & International Trade Compliance Expert to anchor our regulatory capabilities in the Americas as a Senior Principal/SME. This IC role reports to the US Compliance Manager and interfaces with global Assurance leadership.

You will monitor US and international trade laws, translate updates into actionable requirements, advise executives, and help design governance, risk, and C-TPAT programs across TVH's global supply chain.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience in US customs regulations and international trade compliance within a global supply chain.
A valid US Customs Broker License (LCB) or CUSECO designation is highly preferred.
Authoritative knowledge of HTSUS classification, customs valuation, and PGA requirements.
Proficiency with GTM software, analytics, and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor evolving US and international trade laws including CBP regulations and AD/CVD.
Translate legislative updates into clear, actionable compliance requirements for TVH's product portfolio.
Advise Americas leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory strategy and operational continuity.
Design, implement, and oversee internal trade compliance audits and risk assessments.
Lead investigations and corrective action plans to mitigate compliance exposure.
Own TVH's C-TPAT status and align security controls across partners and logistics.
