You will translate business objectives into engineering strategies, drive data-driven decisions, and mentor team leaders to elevate strategic thinking and technical capabilities while aligning with global SE and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and field related to technical or business domains.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or pre-sales engineering.
• Proven proficiency with Salesforce, data analysis, and AI-driven productivity platforms.
• Experience defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and leading strategic planning in large organizations.
• Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication for high-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the SE team to support US Commercial growth.
• Create and execute operational strategies for SE and Architecture objectives; identify risks and present insights.
• Define success metrics and track progress against strategic objectives; monitor KPIs for SE initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions; establish a framework for continuous feedback.
• Coordinate between US Commercial Sales Engineering, Americas leadership, Global SE, Sales, and Marketing.
• Mentor team leaders to enhance strategic thinking and technical capabilities.
