Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or pre-sales engineering.
• Experience as a Solutions Engineer with understanding of US Commercial landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Proficient in Salesforce, data analysis, and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Experience defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and strategic planning.
• Strong critical thinking and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to support US Commercial growth.
• Align SE and Architecture objectives; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Define KPIs, monitor KPIs, and drive pre-sales strategy effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across US Commercial Sales Engineering, Americas, Global SE, Sales and Marketing.
• Mentor team leaders and foster strategic thinking and capabilities.
