Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• CPP/PCP or comparable credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process regular and off-cycle payrolls for U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Research, analyze, and resolve payroll discrepancies; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Load and validate HR inputs for benefits, changes, and inputs.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure data accuracy and authorization.
• Respond to payroll questions from employees and managers.
• Coordinate payments for contractors via external payroll providers.
