Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Control Technician to plan, implement, and manage QAQC for UPW systems onsite. You will supervise QC staff, oversee welding inspections, and ensure compliance with AWS/ASME/OSHA standards while coordinating audits and corrective actions.

You will work with engineers and construction teams to resolve quality issues, maintain records, and help develop the project quality plan and training programs for the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years in a CWI/QC role within an industrial setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test welds and fabrication processes to ensure conformity with codes and standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, logs, and logs for audits.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to verify project requirements.
