Organo USA is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support Ultrapure water (UPW) systems at construction sites in Phoenix, AZ. You will report to the Quality Control Manager and perform inspections of welding and fabrication processes to ensure compliance with codes and project specs.
The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in pipe welding QC; a Bachelor's or higher in Quality/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is a plus. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.
Competenze
- Minimum five years in pipe welding quality control for fluid systems.
- Experience with inspection, testing, and QA/QC documentation.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols to verify requirements.
Mansioni
- Inspect welds and fabrication processes to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain weld logs and inspection records with accuracy.
- Follow AWS, ASME, DVS, OSHA codes as applicable on site.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with corrective actions.
