Job summary

Veolia seeks a senior process engineer to lead UPW treatment design for the microelectronics market. You will integrate multiple unit operations, optimize designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective ultrapure water solutions.

You will engage in piloting, benchmarking, and commissioning activities, travel up to 10% in North America, and mentor others while advancing Veolia's leadership in ultrapure water systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UPW treatment design experience.
• Experience with UPW system design/operation for microelectronics.
• Ability to integrate multiple unit operations into cohesive systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead UPW process design for microelectronics clients.
• Characterize water chemistry and define design basis.
• Select unit processes, size equipment, and guarantee performance.
• Apply advanced treatment technologies (UF/NF/RO, ion exchange, UV).
• Coordinate system integration and work with system integrator.
• Evaluate operation under design and upset conditions; support HAZOPs.
• Pilot and benchmark treatability studies during design and commissioning.
