Job summary

Hunt Oil Company seeks a Senior Supply Chain and Purchasing Representative to lead procurement for Upstream operations, driving strategic sourcing to align with long-term goals.

You will own tactical purchasing, vendor compliance, contract management support, and material control across drilling, completion, and production sectors, while collaborating with field teams nationwide and internationally.

Qualifications

• Solid oil & gas procurement knowledge including sourcing, bid evaluation and PO administration.
• Strong negotiation skills aligned with Contracts on pricing, terms and vendor agreements.
• High energy, proactive, self-starting approach to resolve issues before escalation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Upstream procurement and materials for drilling, completion and production equipment.
• Maintain contracts and purchase orders, service agreements and pricing terms.
• Coordinate asset tracking, material control and monthly reporting.
• Support Contracts team with requisitions, RFQs/ RFPs, bid evaluations and PO processing.
• Drive process improvements across the purchasing space.
