Job summary

Oilgear is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution for our hydraulic systems business. You will guide a high-performing team, partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, and drive cost reduction and service improvements.

The role requires strategic thinking, supplier management, and the ability to balance working capital with customer needs. Travel up to 25% both domestic and international may be required.
