• Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations procurement or contracting support.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and procurement software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Source major materials, equipment and services for Exploration, Subsurface, Asset Integrity and HSE.
• Develop Purchase Requisitions, issue Purchase Orders and expedite POs.
• Assist in RFPs/RFQs; conduct bid analysis and clarify negotiations; make awards.
• Execute sourcing and contracting to deliver the Procurement Plan.
• Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation to monitoring and review.
• Track contractual obligations and provide summaries to owners.
• Quantify usage and forecast future requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead supplier negotiations to deliver cost reductions and avoidance.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Identify impactful contracts and track realized savings and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Contracts/Legal to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to maximize value within the supply chain.
• Engage stakeholders to identify sourcing and contract value opportunities.
• Assist in negotiations with suppliers/contractors, focusing on cost reduction.
• Monitor sourcing strategies based on market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and external regulations.
