Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and CMAA/CCM certification.
• Minimum six years of related construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end construction planning, cost and schedule management.
• Review contractor schedules, plans, and extra-work claims.
• Develop construction progress reporting and QA/QC staffing plans.
• Provide onsite leadership to inspection teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to contractor qualification and selection processes.
• Support project closeout activities and risk mitigation.
