Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager / Construction Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA.

The role is in the field, working onsite with construction management and inspection teams, driving planning, coordination and execution of power generation projects, with safety as the top priority. You will lead construction data analytics, develop estimating tools, KPI dashboards and reporting solutions to enable data-driven decisions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED, at least six years’ related experience or CCM Certification
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management

Responsibilities

• Accountable for front end construction planning, estimate development and analysis and contract management
• Provides input in QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management and liaison activities with stakeholders
• Provides input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification/selection
• Reviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims
• Develops and manages construction progress reporting
• Performs audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements
• Assists in construction closeout
• Provides onsite leadership to inspection team
• Other duties as assigned
