Job summary

FMHC is seeking an Universal Banker 3 to provide exceptional frontline service and sales within the branch in a senior role. The position supervises staff, supports the Branch Manager, and handles advanced banking duties including loan processing and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of banking experience, Notary Public, NMLS, and a high school diploma. Occasional branch float and community engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of banking experience required; cash handling and customer service.
• Experience as a supervisor, mentor or team leader required.
• Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations required.
• Notary Public is required.
• NMLS number is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Cleartouch, Nautilus, government/investor portals; CRM preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by processing transactions and account maintenance; handles inquiries by phone and in person.
• Supervises staff, coaches, trains, and manages performance toward goals.
• Assists Branch Manager with branch operations, schedules, reports, governance, and staff duties.
• Performs advanced banking duties including loan processes, Notary, wire transfers, disclosures, and cross-sales.
• Manages branch administration, audits, vendor relations, and performance metrics.
• Attends meetings, participates in community events, and may float to other branches as needed.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and banking laws, including AML and Patriot Act.
