First Mutual Holding Company in Ohio seeks a Universal Banker 3 to drive exceptional customer service and sales within the retail branch.

The role includes supervising staff, performing advanced banking duties (wire transfers, Notary, loan disclosures), and supporting Branch Leadership. The position requires 3–5 years banking experience, Notary, and a valid driver’s license, with strong regulatory knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of banking experience including cash handling and customer service.
• Experience as a supervisor, mentor or team leader.
• Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations.
• Notary Public is required.
• NMLS number is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software; Cleartouch, Nautilus, investor portals preferred; CRM preferred.
• Driver's license is required.

Mansioni

• Provides excellent customer service by processing transactions and handling account maintenance; answers inquiries in person and by phone; follows up with customers.
• Supervises assigned employees, directs, coaches, trains and develops, and manages performance to goals.
• Assists Branch Manager in managing the branch; completes schedules; ensures reports; enforces policies; delegates duties; manages branch security; approves and performs transactions; opens/closes branch; oversees facility maintenance and security; resolves complaints.
• Performs advanced banking duties including wire transfers, Notary duties, check verifications, teller line activities, all account openings/closings, vault maintenance, cross-sales and referrals; handles escalated complaints and loan inquiries.
• Handles branch administration including report generation, audits, and vendor management.
• Meets performance metrics and sales goals; participates in meetings; completes training; learns systems including Digital Banking and Webcapture.
• Acts as branch/company representative in meetings and community events; may float to other branches as needed.
• Maintains compliance with bank policies and banking laws (BSA, USA Patriot Act, AML statutes, consumer protection).
• Other duties as assigned.
