Qualifications

• Sales experience is desirable.

• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic computer and digital tools skills.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers with service and sales routines.
• Guide clients and team members in the branch for complex transactions and exceptional client experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and monitor day-to-day operations.
• Promote products and educate clients on digital channels such as ATM, Online, Mobile.
• Serve as branch subject matter expert and adapt to branch coverage needs.
• Learn new products via sales aids and maintain customer-first culture.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly and deliver exceptional service.
• Use sound judgment on client accounts and transactions.
• Engage clients in the lobby and convert service requests into sales or referrals.
• Demonstrate digital capabilities and guide clients to self-service channels.
• Coordinate with partners (FA, mortgage specialist) as needed.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to Citibank policies.
