Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience in customer service or banking.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals.
• Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers in service, sales, and compliance routines.
• Guide clients and team members in complex transactions and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Champion risk and control and monitor day-to-day operations for policy compliance.
• Educate clients on digital capabilities and present financial solutions in branch.
• Engage clients in the lobby to identify financial needs and convert requests to sales or referrals.
• Provide coverage and leadership to branch staff and collaborate with senior leaders as needed.
• Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and proper follow-up.
