Job summary

You will coach Universal Bankers and Tellers, mentor staff, and champion risk and control while maintaining Citi standards for client experiences. You will actively engage clients, guide complex transactions, promote digital channels, and ensure a high level of trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals
• Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers is required
• Sales experience desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic computer and digital tools skills
• Preferred Skills: Retail experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling service and sales behaviours.
• Guide clients and team members in complex transactions and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Educate clients on digital capabilities and present product offers and financial solutions.
• Provide ownership of client problems to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Engage clients in the branch lobby to identify financial needs and drive referrals.
