Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Senior Liaison, Labor Relations to ensure compliance with Wyoming Building Trades agreements and federal/state requirements on a major heavy-industry project in Southwest Wyoming. The role emphasizes productive union relations and proactive issue mitigation.

You will coordinate jurisdictional assignments, support hiring hall processes, and work with subcontractors to maintain schedule progress on a fast-paced EPC program.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in labor-relations on union projects.
• Strong knowledge of Wyoming Building Trades agreements.
• Experience with hire halls and craft jurisdiction.
• Experience with tribal nations.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work on large EPC or multi-craft projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with Wyoming Building Trades and locals.
• Coordinate pre-job conferences and jurisdictional assignments.
• Maintain relationships with locals and craft leadership.
• Support hiring hall dispatch processes and worker requests.
• Provide field support and safety committee participation.
• Handle reporting and compliance tasks.
