Job summary

TerraPower LLC. in Wyoming seeks a Senior Liaison for Labor Relations to manage union relations on a major multi-craft EPC project. You will coordinate with Local unions, craft leadership, and subcontractors to maintain productive labor relations and compliance with Wyoming agreements.

You will advise on contract interpretation, support safety and labor-management meetings, and oversee reporting for labor activities across the site in rural Southwest Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Labor Relations, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of labor-relations experience in union construction, heavy industrial, or power-generation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Wyoming Building Trades agreements, hiring hall processes, MOUs, and craft jurisdiction.
• Experience working with Tribal Nations.
• Experience resolving grievances, jurisdictional disputes, and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work on large EPC, multi-craft union projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with Wyoming Building Trades Council and locals.
• Coordinate pre-job conferences, mark-ups, and jurisdictional assignments.
• Maintain relationships with IUOE Local 800, UA 192, IBEW 322, Ironworkers 27, Carpenters 1620, Laborers 1271.
• Support hiring hall dispatch and worker requests.
• Identify worker concerns and coordinate with subcontractors on mitigation.
• Develop site-specific plans for walkouts or stand-downs.
• Maintain rapport with subcontractors and craft leadership.
