Job summary

TerraPower LLC is seeking an Area/Project Manager to orchestrate subcontractor efforts on all field execution for the Civil & Undergrounds portion of a large, multi-year new build power station in Wyoming, transitioning into Foundations and Structural Steel as the project advances.

This role is a project manager and liaison for subcontractors, and EPC partners to deliver safe, high quality, schedule driven work in a rural, high visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience managing civil, undergrounds, and structural scopes on large industrial or power-generation projects.
• Knowledge of union craft environments, hiring hall processes, and Wyoming Building Trades agreements.

Responsibilities

• Project Manage sub-contractor efforts pertaining to all site wide mass excavation, grading, haul roads, laydown development, and earthwork operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to assure appropriate craft assignments for rebar, formwork, rigging, and steel erection.
• Project Manage and track subcontractor efforts pertaining to crane planning, lift studies, and rigging plans.
• Support turnover planning for structural areas transitioning to mechanical and electrical installation.
• Work with subcontractors as they develop area specific schedules and look-aheads; resolve design issues and maintain material flow.
• Champion a zero-incident culture and ensure compliance with Wyoming OSHA and EPC safety programs.
