Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Senior Union Payroll Associate to manage multi-state, multi-company weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for union and non-union freelance employees. You will interpret CBAs, handle wage garnishments, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while coordinating with other teams to optimize payroll processes.

Responsibilities include on-demand and retroactive payments, tax adjustments, and push for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on union payroll processing experience.
• Experience interpreting CBAs and wage garnishment rules.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivots.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of FLSA and state/local payroll regulations.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state, multi-company weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for union and non-union freelancers.
• Audit inputs, deductions, and tax setups to prevent pay errors.
• Test and support timekeeping system implementations.
• Set up withholding orders for levies and garnishments.
• Provide payroll guidance to employees and management.
• Maintain SOPs and support process improvements.
