Job summary

Fox Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead our Corporate Payroll Shared Services, overseeing end-to-end bi-weekly payroll, timekeeping, and equity compensation across multiple entities and states. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and strict SOX compliance.

Travel between New York City and Los Angeles is occasional. You will partner with HR, IT and Legal to optimize payroll workflows and ensure timely processing for a large workforce,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading payroll in a large, multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities with deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of fringe benefits taxation and equity incentives (RSUs, stock options).
• Expert knowledge of FLSA and wage/hour and tax regulations.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll Shared Services for non-union payroll across multiple entities and states.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing compliant with SOX and policies.
• Audit and approve stock incentive transactions and payroll taxes.
• Develop and implement payroll processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and Legal; drive cross-functional projects.
