Job summary

FOX Corporation in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Union Benefits Analyst to oversee a high-volume portfolio of 300+ union benefit plans, ensuring compliance with CBAs and applicable regulations. The role serves as the SME for Payroll Shared Services and coordinates with Labor Relations and IT to implement benefit rules accurately.

You will audit invoices, document findings, and build Excel-based tools to improve reconciliation efficiency while reducing financial risk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on union benefit experience with CBAs
• Experience with Workday payroll
• Excel proficiency including lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation
• Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements for union benefit rules
• Knowledge of defined benefit and defined contribution plans and related laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 300+ union benefit plans and related reporting
• Serve as SME for Payroll Shared Services on union benefit rules
• Collaborate with Labor Relations to interpret and document CBA rules
• Coordinate with IT to ensure rules and rates are set up timely and accurately
• Audit weekly, monthly, and quarterly union benefit invoices and reconcile to payroll
• Address discrepancies and perform union benefit audit reviews
• Develop Excel-based reconciliation tools, audit schedules, and variance reports
• Recommend process improvements to improve accuracy and reduce financial risk
