Job summary

You will analyze alternatives, evaluate architectures, and deliver practical, scalable designs across software, platforms, and networks. With 15+ years of experience and strong Avaya/UC expertise, you will present test plans and briefings, mentor teammates, and support opportunities from RFPs to pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Identifies solutions based on business and technical criteria and analyzes alternatives.
• Researches current and emerging technologies and proposes changes.
• Assesses system and business process architectures and recommends improvements.
• Delivers tests, presentations, and analyst briefings to stakeholders.
• Coaches and guides less experienced professionals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer requirements and analyzes alternatives for software, platform, and network configurations.
• Provides updates to stakeholders on cost, schedule, and quality versus objectives.
• Mentors team members and may serve as a team or task lead.
• Supports opportunities in Unified Communications, E911, recording, and remote site upgrades.
• Supports RFP responses with technical solution, BoM, pricing, and labor estimates.
