Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Unified Communications or workplace tech.
• Hands-on Zoom administration in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with voice, video conferencing, and collaboration solutions.
• Familiarity with Zoom Workplace ecosystem (Phone, Meetings, Rooms).
• Experience with conference room AV technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience creating knowledge articles and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
• Willingness to provide onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Zoom services including Meetings, Phone, provisioning, and group management.
• Troubleshoot escalations for voice, video, and collaboration technologies.
• Support enterprise UC devices, desk phones, room devices, and peripherals.
• Provide onsite and field support for deployments, conference rooms, and exec users.
• Develop knowledge base articles, runbooks, and user guides for Ops and Service Desk.
• Familiarize with adjacent technologies like Cloud9 and compliance-related tools.
• Participate in platform upgrades, change controls, testing, and continuous improvement.
