Compeer Financial seeks a Principal Infrastructure Engineer- Unified Communications to lead engineering direction for telephony, UC, and related enterprise networks. You will shape multi-year technical direction, translate target-state architecture into scalable patterns, and guide cross-enterprise initiatives.

You will collaborate with vendors, mentors, and leaders to ensure reliable connectivity, security, and resilience across data centers, cloud, WAN, and campus environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive UC/network infra experience.
Experience with telephony, UC platforms, cloud connectivity, and related tech.

Responsibilities

Designs and leads complex network transformations and UC migrations.
Establishes enterprise patterns for secure connectivity and QoS.
Mentors engineers and provides executive-ready recommendations.
Drives improvements across infrastructure, cloud, and vendor dependencies.
Defines availability, performance, and resilience measures.
