Job summary

CopperPoint Insurance Companies seeks a Lead Underwriting Systems Analyst to partner with underwriting, IT, product, and other stakeholders to implement and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter-based commercial insurance products. You will own product lines, drive requirements, support QA, and ensure underwriting integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on leading backlog prioritization, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, and coordinating release goals and training materials

Qualifications

Experience with commercial insurance systems and workflows.
Ability to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with testing and QA processes for software releases.

Responsibilities

Partner with underwriting systems, product, IT, actuarial, operations, billing and claims.
Prioritize product backlog and refine backlog items.
Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and support clarification.
Define release goals and scope with stakeholders.
Participate in test case development and execution.
