Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies is expanding our Compliance team with nationwide consideration for an Underwriting Audit Supervisor. The role oversees the underwriting audit program, analyzes findings, and partners with leadership to drive compliance and quality improvements across underwriting.

This position also mentors staff and leads special projects aimed at enhancing underwriting consistency. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in underwriting and compliance with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, quality assurance, auditing, or related insurance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underwriting audit program and improve methodologies.
• Provide executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead corrective action initiatives and track remediation efforts.
• Mentor audit staff and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
