Job summary

You will underwrite new and renewal business, provide technical guidance, mentor junior underwriters, and ensure compliance with underwriting standards while collaborating with producers and internal teams.

This role requires strong risk assessment, leadership, and communication skills, with state insurance license and professional designations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
• Experience in underwriting, including multi-line or specialty products.
• Ability to manage complex accounts and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business within delegated authority.
