Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5–7 years of management liability underwriting experience.
• Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Advocates for independent agents and brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage underwriting tasks for new and renewal accounts in assigned regions.
• Lead a team of underwriters and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers and RVPs to target accounts.
• Ensure pricing, profitability, and structuring within guidelines.
• Develop workflows for renewals and agent onboarding.
