Job summary

Craft3 is seeking a Sr. Underwriter to join our Lending Team in the WA or OR area. The role underwrites commercial loans, performs financial analysis, and supports loan closing and ongoing credit monitoring. You will collaborate with lenders and Credit Risk Management to assess risk and structure appropriate terms.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in financial analysis or underwriting, GAAP knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel within Oregon and Washington is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in financial analysis or underwriting.
• Strong ability to read and interpret financial statements and GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex commercial credits with multi-party borrowers.
• Prepare credit analyses and recommendations with cash flow projections.
• Structure loans with covenants and conditions to mitigate risk.
• Monitor portfolio and support loan servicing activities.
• Collaborate with lenders and Credit Risk Management.
