Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in loan documentation, loan portfolio management, or related work.
• Experience with loan closings and client interaction.
• Basic knowledge of loan structure, underwriting, and credit risk.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan closings; act as liaison between Lending and Loan Closing teams.
• Coordinate with lenders on process and timing; set expectations with clients.
• Initiate and review title searches and third-party reports for closings.
• Maintain client follow-ups for underwriting items and closing conditions.
• Review closing docs for accuracy and coordinate with escrow and payoff sets.
