Qualifications

• 5+ years of life insurance underwriting experience.
• 3+ years underwriting customized life policies for high-net-worth individuals.
• Knowledge of medical, financial, occupational and lifestyle risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risks and develop underwriting recommendations for coverage.
• Coordinate applications, medical records, and required docs.
• Partner with carriers and underwriting teams to assess eligibility.
• Review coverage amounts, terms, exclusions, and financial justification.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned cases and communicate progress.
• Maintain records and protect confidential information.
• Collaborate with Actuarial and other departments to improve processes.
