CNA in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Senior Underwriter to manage a high‑complexity book of business. You will price complex risks, tailor endorsements, and lead underwriting initiatives with senior management guidance.

We expect a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of underwriting experience, plus strong analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional designations preferred.
• Typically a minimum ten years underwriting experience with proven results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with senior management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and related software.

Responsabilités

• Performs complex underwriting duties and pricing for high-risk book.
• Develops specialized endorsement language for complex risks.
• Markets products through agencies and brokerage communities; builds relationships with key customers.
• Mentors and guides less experienced underwriters; supports underwriting training.
• Represents the company in industry groups and presents analyses to senior management.
