Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• 10+ years of Professional Liability / E&O underwriting experience.
• Significant experience underwriting Architects & Engineers risks.
• Experience underwriting both admitted and surplus lines.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Professional Liability risks with focus on Architects & Engineers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with national retail brokers and distribution partners.
• Monitor market conditions and contribute to underwriting guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with Claims, Actuarial, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to support decisions.
