WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Underwater Inspection Team Leader to join our growing dive inspection team. The role involves leading NBIS-compliant underwater bridge and waterfront inspections, mentoring staff, and interfacing with clients to deliver safe, high-quality results.

Based in an office in New York or other locations, you will oversee dive operations, plan field logistics, review inspection reports, and support safety programs. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Competenze

• 7+ years in bridge and/or waterfront inspection
• NBIS Team Leader qualification
• NBIS Underwater Bridge Inspection qualification
• ADCI Diving Supervisor certification
• Recent ADCI-approved diving physical (within 12 months)
• Kirby Morgan Technician certification
• PSI-PCI certification
• Experience leading field teams with limited supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with BrM and MS Office

Mansioni

• Lead and perform bridge and waterfront inspections per NBIS/OSHA requirements
• Plan inspection methodologies, field logistics, access equipment, and staffing
• Prepare, review, and finalize inspection reports per project requirements
• Support the Diving Safety Officer by reinforcing safety policies and training
• Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to inspection staff and divers
• Coordinate with project managers to meet project schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Represent WSP professionally during client meetings, field coordination, and site visits
• Support business development via client engagement and project delivery
