Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with ten or more years of relevant USW/ASW operational/technical experience.
• Technically and analytically oriented with curiosity about SUW/USW/ASW systems and leadership ability.
• Initiative, motivation and strong analytical, operational, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on dynamic projects with multiple concurrent tasks.
• Active Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate CONOPs of SUW, USW and ASW platforms and sensors.
• Provide technical contributions: requirements, metrics, system assessment, and documentation.
• Evaluate performance/metrics for SUW/USW/ASW systems with analysis teams and authorities.
• Evaluate factors such as system performance, logistics, costs, and operational impacts for DoW reports.
• Brief DoW/Navy sponsors and participate in field tests or sea trials when required.
