Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Foreman to lead on-site operations for underground utility projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate work with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely and to plan.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in underground utilities, prefer leadership experience, and hold an OSHA 10/30 certification and a valid driver's license (CDL a plus).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience (1+ year in a leadership role preferred).
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
