Job summary

Blue Streak LLC 1 is hiring an Underground Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for OSP telecommunications projects. This role is hands-on and requires experience in underground construction, with a CDL preferred.

You will lead field crews, supervise equipment operations (backhoes, trenchers, dozers, cable plows), ensure safety and compliance, and troubleshoot site issues in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground utility and OSP telecommunications construction.
• Ability to lead and supervise field crews.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
• Hands-on experience with construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects
• Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
• Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and other construction equipment
• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
• Complete other duties as assigned

We are currently hiring a skilled Underground Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for a variety of OSP telecommunications projects. This role requires hands-on experience in underground utility construction. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects
• Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
• Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and other construction equipment
• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:
