Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC in Dublin, OH is seeking a Foreman to oversee on-site operations at our utility projects. You will serve as the primary link between field crews and site management, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Qualifications

Role Description

Foremen overees and coordinate on‑site operations at our construction projects. The Foreman will serve as the primary point of contact between field workers and site management, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods and safety protocols.

Foreman Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
