Job summary

Barminco Mining Services USA seeks a Senior Maintenance Planner to join our Nevada project team, located 65 miles outside Elko. You will develop and maintain short- and long-term maintenance plans for Goldrush and Fourmile and coordinate with site teams to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.

The role requires proficient CMMS use (Pronto), strong planning instincts, independent work ethic and clear communication with multiple stakeholders across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in mining.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Pronto) and maintenance costing.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Current driver's license and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and record statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements.
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance schedules for Goldrush and Fourmile.
• Identify resources for planned work and resolve shortfalls with management.
• Maintain CMMS records, raise and close work orders accurately.
• Manage maintenance backlogs and prioritize open work.
• Review weekly schedule performance and address delivery gaps.
• Plan work with clear instructions and supporting docs.
• Requisition materials, services, and contractor resources.
• Ensure approved scope and PO before external work.
