Job summary

Workerbee is seeking a part-time UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to help clients implement and optimize HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduler, and People Insights modules. You will work with public sector customers and deliver end-to-end functional expertise.

In this role you will lead knowledge sessions for customer administrators, provide best-practice recommendations, and create training materials to ensure customers can operate the platform independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UKG experience with full-cycle UKG Ready implementations.
• End-to-end module experience across HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduler, and People Insights.
• Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certification: Time (HR/Payroll certifications preferred).
• Experience serving public sector customers.
• Strong consulting, communication, documentation, and training skills with independent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end functional expertise across UKG Ready modules.
• Lead knowledge sessions for customer administrators.
